It’s official now that Premam heroine Anupama Parameswaran will be sharing screen space with Nani in his upcoming film Krishnarjuna Yuddham. The team had been scouting for a suitable heroine to pair up with Nani and eventually, the role went to Anupama, say sources.
Incidentally, the actor had shared screen space with Sharwanand in Shathamanm Bhavati and will be seen as Ram Pothineni’s lead pair in Vunnadi Okate Zindagi. Donning the director’s robes for the film is Merlapaka Gandhi with Hip Hop Thamizha Adhi scoring the music. The project is being produced by Shine Screens and is likely to hit the silver screens next year.
Anupama shot to limelight with her debut flick Premam in Malayalam and went on to star in its Telugu version as well. The actor’s career graph is going high as she has also been signed up for Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming untitled film.
Meanwhile, Anupama’s next film to hit the silver screens would be Vunnadi Okate Zindagi, which is gearing up for release for Dasara next month.
Directed by Kishore Tirumala, the film has Ram Pothineni playing the protagonist with Lavanya Tripathi, Sree Vishnu, Kireeti Damaraju and Priyadarshi Pullikonda playing pivotal roles. Devi Sri Prasad is composing music for this film with Sameer Reddy cranking the camera and A Sreekar Prasad taking care of the editing.
VOZ is produced by Krishna Chaitanya and Sravanthi Ravi Kishore under the banners Sravanthi Cinematics and PR Movies. The shooting of this film is currently progressing in Ooty where some important sequences would be filmed.
Sources close to VOZ say that nearly 50 percent of the shooting has been completed and with the Ooty schedule, a major chunk of the talkie portions would be covered.
