The PMO has issued a directive to the Delhi Police to bring down its fuel expenses and keep track of its officers to prevent misuse
The Union home ministry’s directive has asked the Delhi Police to keep track of the movements of senior police officers and ensure that they do not use government vehicles for unofficial reasons, said India Today.
According to the report, the latest provisions will allow the government to remove the vehicle from usage by the officer if any misuse is detected.
