A BBC report takes us into the NHS Blood and Transplant centre in Bristol, the world's biggest such centre and their preparations keeping in mind the festive season ahead. The centre needs more than 2,00,000 blood donors before Christmas. Working 24x7, the centre get 3,000 donations every day. The blood needs to be collected, 'scanned, bar coded. And there's no room for mistake'.  Those working in the centre, have to do so with precision, and at the same time deal with emergency situations like delivering the 'live saving liquid' to hospitals in case of emergencies in less than 45 minutes time.  Watch the BBC's video Life-saving liquid: Inside the world's biggest blood bank Tweet
