Malayalam film director Alphonse Puthren and Aleena Mary Antony, daughter of producer Alwin Antony, tied the knot at Little St Dominic Church in Aluva on Saturday.
The wedding ceremony was attended by the ‘Premam’ director's close relatives and friends including ‘Premam’ movie actress Sai Pallavi and Tamil actor Siddharth.
The couple’s engagement which was held on 17 August was attended by many celebrities from the film industry, including Mohanlal, Mammootty, Dulquer Salmaan, Dileep, Nivin Pauly, Fahadh Faasil, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Indrajith Sukumaran, Nazriya Nazim and others.
Puthren’s debut movie was ‘Neram’ starring Nivin Pauly and Nazriya Nazim was a blockbuster and was made in both Malayalam and Tamil.
