Lenovo-owned Motorola is might be looking to release a new smartphone, the Moto E5, on April 3, this year. Now, only an image supposed to be that of this new device has been leaked and it shows a few physical features. These images were leaked by a website MySmartPrice.

These are the details being gathered through these leaked images:

The phone is likely to have a five inch display with an aspect ratio of 16:9 and there is the fingerprint sensor on the rear panel which also doubles as the Motorola logo. This is an interesting development, since the Moto E5’s predecessor, the Moto E4 had the fingerprint sensor located under the Home button on the front of the screen.

The other features being guessed are that the front-facing camera might be supported by an LED flash and the soft navigation buttons can also be seen on the screen. The physical button for power on/off and the volume rocker are placed on the right side of the phone. The socket for the micro USB charging port is at the bottom. It is also clear that the rear camera setup also has only a single sensor with the LED flash.

The few other details available about this new Moto E5 smartphone are that it would be powered by a MediaTek chipset and that it will have the latest connectivity options. However, this is something that hasn’t been confirmed. The phone is expected to be a dual-SIM one and also come with the 3.5mm audio out jack.

The reports on the phone indicate that Motorola may keep a price of the Moto E5 between $120-$150 (Rs 7,500 - Rs 9,500 approx.). There is also the expectation that the phone will be issued in two variants, which will be Moto E5 Play and Moto E5 Plus.
