His films that have been dubbed in Malayalam, have done well at the box office and the makers of his upcoming release, Spyder, will be cashing in on it.
Reports suggest that the film’s Malayalam dubbed version will be released simultaneously with its Tamil and Telugu versions.
Director AR Murugadoss has directed the Telugu as well as the Tamil versions of the film simultaneously and news is that it will be dubbed in Malayalam as well.
In fact, Spyder will be Mahesh Babu’s first direct Tamil film.
This spy thriller has Rakul Preet Sing playing Mahesh Babu’s lead pair.
In the movie, Mahesh Babu will be seen as an intelligence officer named Shiva. The star cast of Spyder includes Bharath, SJ Suryah and Nadhiya as well.
The magnum opus, bankrolled jointly by Tagore Madhu, Nallamalapu Srinivas, NV Prasad, AR Murugadoss, Mahesh Babu and presented by RB Choudary under the banners Leo Productions, NVR Cinema, Lakshmi Narasimha Productions, G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt. Ltd and AR Murugadoss Productions, is reportedly being made on a budget of Rs 115 crore.
The film will be distributed by Mega Super Good Films, Reliance Entertainment and Fox Star Studios.
Touted to be a technically superior film, Spyder has music by Harris Jayaraj with Santhosh Sivan and Vijay Milton wielding the camera and Sreekar Prasad editing it.
The film’s first look was released yesterday amidst a lot of speculations and it went viral as anticipated.
Mahesh Babu’s stylish and handsome look certainly did capture the attention of his fans, who are now waiting eagerly for the film’s release on June 23, 2017.
