The video that has been uploaded on various platforms has a caption that claims that this was Mahatma Gandhi's first ever TV interview.The video begins with a reporter reaching Mahatma Gandhi's residence in Borsad. A British soldier tells the journalist that Mahatma Gandhi has a very feeble voice and a very deep prejudice against being photographed.Mahatma Gandhi tells the reporter that he would attend the second Round Table Conference organised by the British government in his daily attire, which he was comfortable in. (Second Round table conference happened towards the end of 1931)Mahatma Gandhi says he is ready to go back to jail for India, when asked if he would die for India, he retorts- "That is a bad question."
