The News Minute | January 6, 2015 | 7:00 pm IST Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao wrote a letter to his Kerala counterpart to request CM Oomen Chandy to allocate 5 acres of land at Sabarimala for devotees going from Telangana. The chief minister starts his letter by mentioning the topic when it came up in Oomen's recent meeting with Telangana MP V Hanumantha Rao. He also talks about how the maximum number of visitors to Sabarimala between October and January each year, come from Telangana and that the construction of the complex to provide food and accommodation would benefit the devotees.
