Actor Havish is all set to stage a comeback; thanks to the interesting script that debut director Sriram has come up with for him. Speaking about the new project to a leading English daily, Havish said, “He narrated a very different subject, which I liked.” The actor also added that there are five female leads in the film.
In an interview to the Deccan Chronicle, the actor revealed the reasons for his long break from the film industry thus, “I was supposed to work with a big production house and director, but it got delayed and things did not work out. Apart from that, I have been very busy with my college work, so couldn’t concentrate on films. Because of all these reasons, I couldn’t sign any other film.” With the actor’s long wait finally ending in disappointment, he has decided to go ahead with a fresh project that will be helmed by a newbie.
While director Ramesh Varma will be financing this venture, the film, which has not been titled yet, will be directed by debutant Sriram. The film will have five heroines sharing the screen space with Havish. The actor has said that Kabali fame Dhansika has been roped in to play one of the heroines while the search for the other four leading ladies is still on.
Havish made his acting debut with the Telugu movie Nuvvilaa, a romantic comedy in 2011. He then went on to star in Genius and Ram Leela. With Ram Leela releasing in the year 2015, it’s been a couple of years since Havish had a film release to his credit. And with this new venture all set to go on the floors, he is looking forward to stage a strong comeback.
