On Tuesday, Congress Vice- President Rahul Gandhi travelled by Sachkhand Express to Punjab to visit the Khanna and Gobindgarh grain markets and meet the farmers. It comes at a time when media is abuzz with the issue of the land bill and with the recent farmer suicide at an AAP rally.The Gandhi scion also plans on going for a padyatra in May to speak to farmers in Vidarbha or Telengana.
