Film actress and BJP MP Hema Malini who was recently discharged from a hospital after her car crash, took to Twitter on Tuesday to express her views on the accident that left a child dead and four others injured.Thanking all her well wishers for the support, she added that the child's father was at fault, as the accident could have been averted if he was following traffic rules. My heart goes out to the child who unnecessarily lost her life and the family members who have been injured in the accident.
