Goa headquartered security agency Thunder Force has been enlisted to provide personal security for actor Dileep - accused in the Kochi actor abduction and assault case.

Media reports say that the tight security has been arranged to prevent mobs from attacking the actor, as there is considerable public outrage against him over the assault case.

The information regarding this was revealed after Kerala police on Saturday took two vehicles of the private security agency into custody. The vehicles were later released after verifying their documents.

Police has not yet officially disclosed why those vehicles were seized.

“We took them into custody as per the orders. We cannot say why, but they were let off after verifying the papers. There is nothing suspicious,” Kottarakkara circle inspector O A Sunil told TNM.

As per the reports, Thunder Force will provide three security guards for Dileep when he makes public appearances.

The security agency has offices in Thrissur and Palakkad and retired IPS officer PV Valsan is in charge of the agency in Kerala.

Other than Dileep, three other businessmen in Kerala have also hired the services of  Thunder Force and there are about 100 employees working for the agency in Kerala.

Present in 11 states, most of the employees in the agency are retired army personnel.

Dileep came out on bail on October 3 after 85 days of imprisonment.
