The News Minute | October 16, 2014 | 9.30 am ISTSolar scam accused, Saritha S Nair has filed a complaint before the Pathanamthitta Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) on Wednesday seeking an intervention from the court to prevent her private videos going viral through Whatsapp and other messaging and social media platforms. The court has handed over Saritha's petition to the police for further investigation on who leaked the seven porn videos, some self shot."The act of sending videos is degrading the dignity of a woman and the source should be investigated” says Saritha in her complaint. Last Sunday a series of private video clippings of Saritha S Nair went viral on Whatsapp and in the next few hours lakhs of people accessed them. Responding to reporters Saritha said that she had received anonymous threats two days prior to the release of the videos. She also claimed that the release of these pictures was part of a political conspiracy.Police officials says that it is impossible to arrest all the people who has shared or viewed the videos as the case should then be filed against lakhs of people.The solar panel scam has been making headlines in Kerala since June last year. Saritha Nair and her live in partner Biju Radhakrishnan were arrested for deceiving many people who gave money to fix solar panels.
