The Internet can't stop going WHOA! over this short video that captures Aamir Khan's transformation from an obese, pot-bellied old man to a young and fit wrestler with six packs during the shoot of his upcoming film "Dangal".

Aamir says in the video that he insisted on shooting the old man portions first so he would have the motivation to become fit again. The actor can be seen eating samosas by the dozen during his weight gaining phase. After the schedule was done for that portion, he begins his fitness regime and oh boy, that's some struggle!

Aamir, who did not want to wear a fat suit for the film, says that he wanted to live in the body of the old man so he'd feel natural when acting. He adds that everything changes when the body changes, even how he breathed. Lifting weights and putting in the hours in the gym, Aamir slowly transforms into a super fit man with the enviable body fat percentage that even wife Kiran Rao cannot stomach without envy! The actor went from 97 kgs to sporting a six pack for the film.

"Dangal" is on the life of Geeta Phogat who was the first female wrestler from India to win a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games. Aamir plays her father, Mahavir Singh Phogat, who coached Geeta and her sister. Watch:
