Michael was a black; he was also unarmed. The shooting of the teenager gave rise to a massive controversy, even leading to violent protests. Reports also surfaced of the shooting being a possible incidence of racial discrimination. Daily Mail recently reported that 'Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination concluded that minorities in US are victims of persistent discrimination'.As the outrage on social media continues, a user on Twitter named Aggressive Asian recently uploaded this picture, that raises serious concerns about the discriminatory attitudes that many in the society carry.
