Mustafa was stealing electricity. A raid by the KSEB‘s anti-power theft squad in Mustafa’s residence at Perumbavoor in Ernakulam revealed the theft. He used the power supplied for agriculture for domestic purpose. Mustafa’s ‘power’ play comes into light just three days after power supply was cut off to the Kerala Secretariat for 3 hours for non-payment of dues.
