The News Minute | January 19, 2015 | 04.20 pm ISTThe NASA Hubble Space Telescope has taken the largest ever image , ‘a sweeping bird’s-eye view of a portion of the Andromeda galaxy.A galaxy over two million light-years away, the telescope took a snap of the galaxy, an image of six 1.5 billion pixels which can take up 4.3 GB of disk space.According to NASA’s website, the picture taken by the telescope of the galaxy is akin to photographing a beach and resolving individual grains of sand. A Youtube video was put together by  daveachuk of some high resolution pictures of the Andromeda released by NASA and some snaps by photographer Cory Poole thus presenting an amazing view of the galaxy.
