Child slapped 20 times allegedly by school principal

This means that the accused cannot be arrested without a warrant.According to the complaint, the principal entered the class of the boy on Tuesday, and pointed him out and began to slap him. The father said in the complaint that his son was bleeding from the nose when he came home.
