Some of the best professional gamers and gaming teams across the country will come together for the grand finale of Conqueror’s Insignia, being organized by Chennai-based gaming company Playtonia eSports at Phoenix Marketcity, Whitefield in Bangalore.

Being held on November 5, the event will be a culmination of numerous offline and online tournaments across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Cuttack and Hyderabad held over the past four months.

Playtonia claims that this is the largest eSports tournament in India yet and will see 16 teams each for CSGO, DoTA and 8 gamers for FIFA compete for a prize pool of Rs 20 lakh.

Teams that qualified for CSGO are Eternal, Team MXB, Elements, SRA, SEMPERX, Brutality, God Particles and Shooting Monkeys.

And for DOTA, GoFigure Red, Team Nefarious, JMD Gaming, Team WOLF, Aggressive 5, Team Cancer Gaming, Team Dynamite and White Shadows are the teams that will be competing in the grand finale.

There are also special prizes for the best Cosplays, a tradition familiar to Comic-con attendees and prizes for Just Dance, to bring gaming enthusiasts from all walks of life together to experience the eSports phenomenon.

Conquerer’s Insignia is being sponsored by SRM University, redbull.com and Circle CT. Playtonia has also partnered with Twitch, the world’s leading video platform for games.

Playtonia is an eSports platform, which promotes and organises eSports league tournaments. Based in India, Playtonia aims to capture the South-East Asian market with server presence across the world.
