Biju Radhakrishnan alleges Kerala CM received sexual favours in solar scam

Solar scam accused Biju Radhakrishnan has now accused Kerala CM Oommen Chandy of receiving sexual favours from co-accused Saritha S Nair in his reported deposition before the Solar Commission looking into the case. 

Coming out after deposing before the Commission, Biju reiterated his stance saying that he stood by all that he said and adding that with the media on his side, justice was sure to prevail.

Biju has named state labour minister Shibu Baby John, Hibi Eden, Aryadan Shaukat, AP Anilkumar and his personal assistant P Nazrullah as other political figures who used Saritha for sexual favours in his statement made before the Commission.

Biju also said that he has visual proof of the same in his possession which he could produce before the Commission if needed.

The visuals were apparently captured by Saritha herself. After Saritha’s arrest, Biju said he reportedly met the CM at Thiruvananthapuram and had shown him five of the said visuals omitting the sixth, as he felt that the CM would not have survived the shock of seeing the last one, supposedly involving the CM himself.

All these allegations were however refuted by Saritha’s lawyer Prince P Thomas. 

Saritha Nair has however denied all allegations made by Biju and said that  Oommen Chandy is like her father. She also said that she will move legally against Biju.
