Kaushal Manda of Bigg Boss 2 fame lodged a complaint of online harassment with the Cyber Crime Station, Hyderabad on Thursday. The reality show winner alleged that his former fans, who were part of 'Kaushal Army' were making abusive comments against him and his family members on several social media platforms.

Based on the complaint, the police registered a case under Section 67 of IT Act and have also written to Google seeking the IP address of the offenders.

According to Kaushal, abusive comments were made on YouTube and WhatsApp against him and his wife Neelima, who was heading the Kaushal Army while Kaushal was in the Bigg Boss house.

Recently, Kaushal and his 'Army' had a fallout, and the latter had accused him of cheating and misappropriation of funds, which he received after promising to establish a foundation to help cancer patients. The founding members alleged that Kaushal received a lot of money for this purpose, but he misused them without spending it on the cancer patients as promised.

Besides misappropriation of funds, the dissenting members also alleged that Kaushal instigated them to harass other Bigg Boss 2 contestants by asking them to write comments in a negative manner against them.

However, denying the allegations, Kaushal blamed the founding members of misusing his name and collecting funds. He told ToI, "After Bigg Boss, people were collecting funds in my name and to avoid misuse of my name, I started the Kaushal Army Foundation. I appointed several district and state committee leaders, but I removed some of them due to misconduct. One of the financiers who claimed to make a film with me also joined hands with them and started a smear campaign."

The dissenting fans also released a song  recently titled "Gorrela Manda" (sheep herd), mocking Kaushal and the fans who were 'fooled' by him.
