Baahubali actor Prabhas is back from his holiday in Los Angeles where he had travelled, to ring in the New Year.

Now, he has joined the sets of his upcoming film Saaho. The team is currently stationed in Hyderabad where some important scenes are being canned. The film’s lead lady Shraddha Kapoor and villain Neil Nithin Mukesh have joined the sets as well. This is a short schedule and the Saaho team is expected to wrap it up soon.

Following this, the team would be moving to Dubai where a 45-day schedule has been planned. Reports suggest that the director of the film has planned some high-octane fight sequences to be shot there.

The makers have roped in Hollywood stunt director Kenny Bates to choreograph the action sequences for the movie and said that it would be a treat to watch.

With Prabhas turning out to be a star with the pan-Indian appeal after the massive success of Baahubali: the Beginning and Baahubali: the Conclusion and having a huge fan base across the country, expectations are high on Saaho.

An action thriller, a genre completely different from the Baahubali franchise, the film is being directed by Sujeeth. V Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod are bankrolling this project under their banner UV Creations on a budget of Rs. 200 crore.

While Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor and Neil Nithin Mukesh play pivotal roles in the film, the star cast also includes Arun Vijay, Jackie Shroff, Lal and Mandira Bedi. Being shot in Hindi and Telugu simultaneously, the film is expected to be released in other languages including Tamil and Malayalam.

The technical crew of Saaho include Shankar – Ehsaan – Loy for music, R Madhi for cinematography and A Sreekar Prasad for editing. Reports suggest that the movie will be out, later this year.
