The News Minute | May 27, 2014 | 1.06 pm IST The Chairman and CEO of Amway India has been arrested on charges of cheating and financial fraud by the Andhra Pradesh police. William S Pinckney was arrested by a special police team in Gurgaon and will be transferred to Kurnool on Tuesday, according to The Hindu . According to The Times of India , Pinckney was arrested after a warrant was issued for him. An advocate named Jagannatha Reddy had lodged a complaint with the Two Town police station in Kurnool last year.  Police have seized relevant materials from the Amway distribution centre for the purpose of investigations.
