The News Minute| July 11, 2014| 8.40 am ISTA lawyer who represented BJP President Amit Shah in two controversial cases involving fake encounters of Sohrabuddin Sheikh and Tulsiram Prajapati is all set to be elevated as a Supreme Court judge. NDTV reports that the Supreme Court collegium lead by the Chief Justice of India has cleared Uday Lalit's name.
