It was truly a fanboy moment for music composer Ghibran when he got to meet Tamil star Ajith Kumar recently. Happy over the meeting, Ghibran had tweeted: "A true fanboy moment with #ThalaAjith sir! He IS what everyone says and even more, From all the words he said, the only one keeps ringing 'நம்ம சேர்ந்து ஒர்க்பண்ணுவோம்'” (we shall work together). Fans can now expect the two to collaborate together soon.

The award-winning music composer has a number of projects on his plate currently such as Vikram’s Kadaram Kondan, which is directed by Rajesh M Selva and bankrolled by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal International.
Lakshmi Ramakrishnan’s House Owner, which has music by Ghibran, is also nearing release. He also has Kalavani 2 lined up for release next month. The musician forayed into the Malayalam film industry with Athiran, which will mark his debut. The film, set for Vishu release, has Fahadh Faasil and Sai Pallavi as the lead pair.
Ajith, on the other hand, is currently busy with H Vinoth’s Nerkonda Paarvai. The remake of the hit Bollywood flick Pink which had Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles, the film is scheduled for release in August this year.
The film is bankrolled by Boney Kapoor under his banner and has Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami Venkatachalam and Andrea Tariang in the star cast with Vidya Balan playing a cameo role. The film has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
