Actor Ravi Teja has been going through a rough patch in his career, especially after the back-to-back debacles “Kick 2” and “Bengal Tiger”. While the star had two releases in 2015, he hasn’t signed a new project since and is taking his time looking for good scripts instead of a regular commercial outing.

Although there were rumours that he’s all set to star in a project titled “Robin Hood”, it isn’t quite clear whether he has started working on the film which was expected to go on the floors last month.

According to trusted sources, Ravi Teja was really impressed with the Udhayanidhi-starrer “Manithan”, and is seriously considering remaking it. The remake rights for the film are with Fox Star Studios, which produced the original Hindi version titled “Jolly LLB”. Having recently watched “Manithan”, an emotional courtroom drama which was lauded by critics and audiences alike, Teja feels the film would be perfect for his image.

Teja also has projects in the offing with directors Sudheer Varma and Puri Jagannadh. However, this project might only go on the floors towards the end of the year or early next year.
