She’s unofficially the oldest woman on the planet, and the secret to her longevity could just be – chocolates, sleeping for long hours and take note, not getting married.

Leandra Beccerra Lumreras is 127 years old. Born in Mexico in 1887, the woman has not been officially recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records because she misplaced her birth certificate, said the New York Post

The secret to her long life could be the lifestyle she leads, said the report. She enjoys her chocolates and sleeps for even three days at a stretch.

This frail woman displays no signs of an adventurous past-life that she led as a leader of a group of female soldiers fighting along with rebels in the Mexican Revolution that started when she was just 23. She used to hide with her kids in caves from soldiers of the government who were trying to get people to join the army. She was something of a badass, commented Buzzfeed about the life that she once lived.

She has 20 grandchildren, 73 great-grandchildren and 55 great-great-grandchildren, however all of her five children have passed away, said the report.
