HMD Global, which makes Nokia phones, has revealed that it will launch the entire lineup of smartphones in the second quarter of this year. The launch will happen simultaneously in nearly 120 markets, as per a report in Tech2.

Calling its plans ambitious, HMD said in a statement, “HMD has ambitious plans to release Nokia 3, 5 and 6 in 120 markets at same time in Q2 2017. This is ambitious because HMD is de facto a start-up, though it has support from Nokia and Foxconn.”

At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) this year in Barcelona, HMD Global announced the new range of smartphones under the Nokia brand. Nokia 3 and 5 have not yet been revealed but Nokia 6 is already present in the Chinese market.

Speaking of its features, the Nokia 6 comes with a 5.5-inch HD display, 4GB of RAM and internal storage of 64 GB. It sports a 16MP rear and 8MP front camera and runs on a 3000 mAh battery. It is priced approximately at Rs 16,000.

The Nokia 5 comes with a 5.2-inch IPS LCD screen and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor. Priced approximately at Rs 13,500, it has 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage. It sports a 13 MP rear and 8 MP camera and also runs on a 3000 mAh battery.

Finally, the Nokia 3 is slightly smaller with a 5-inch HD IPS display and a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor.  It has 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB storage, 8 MP front and rear camera, and a 2650 mAh battery. This is a dual sim phone which runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. It approximately costs Rs 9,800.

What’s also awaited is Nokia’s feature phone Nokia 3310 which the company announced as well.
