The MRI scan image of a man weighing 408 kgs, uploaded via a twitter handle called Secret World Stories has gone viral. The picture which has been uploaded under the caption "X ray of a 900 pound man" shows the image of the obese man with his hands stretched out.Â

A lot of comments for the picture question the authenticity of the image. Others who commented on the picture have said that it will "put you off eating". Whether the image is real or not, one thing it definitely does is shock you.Â
