Dr Rajasekar’s latest release PSV Garuda Vega has turned out to be a big hit. Released on November 3, the spy thriller film written and directed by Praveen Sattaru opened to good reviews.

However, Rajasekar and his wife Jeevitha are now embroiled in controversy over the sale of its Hindi dubbing rights.

Sources say that Jeevitha had sold the Hindi dubbing rights to two different parties for Rs. 1 crore and Rs 2 crore, without one being aware that the other had purchased the rights.

Later, the film’s producers are also said to have sold the rights to another person for Rs. 2 crore.

When the makers of PSV Garuda Vega were finding it difficult to release it due to financial constraints, Dr Rajasekar mortgaged his property to a financier by handing over the entire rights of the film, excluding its theatrical rights.

With the financier now coming to know that the Hindi dubbing rights have been sold to multiple people, he has raised a dispute. The concerned parties are now trying to settle the issue amicably by holding talks.

PSV Garuda Vega, directed by Praveen Sattaru, has Rajasekhar, Pooja Kumar, Kishore, Shraddha Das and Sanjay Reddy in the star cast.

The film has been produced by M Koteswara Raju and Murali Srinivas under the banner Jyo Star Enterprises. It is being distributed by Shivani Shivatmika Movies. Sricharan Pakala and Bheems Cecireleo have composed the music for this flick with Anji being the cameraman and Dharmendra Kakarala being the editor.

Sunny Leone has also made a special appearance in the song Deo Deo in this film.

With the filmmakers lapping up Rs. 5 crore for the Hindi dubbing rights by selling it to various parties, let’s hope the issue is resolved so that the filmmakers can relish in its success.
