The picture was put up by TDP's Facebook page after Jagan Mohan Reddy demanded a rollback of the hike in power tariff and accused Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu of going back on his poll promise of reducing the tariff. Leader of the Opposition Jagan Mohan Reddy had challenged the CM to an open debate on power tariff calculations presented before the House by Naidu during his statement. Speaking about how much power is consumed with each appliance in the house by an individual per month, Jagan claimed that a phone charger consumes around 40 units a month.
