Tellis and Reece Trevor was released by the Prime Minister on Sunday at his 7 Race Course Road (RCR) residence. With PM and Finance Minister attending the book release, a foreword written by Ratan Tata and essays by prominent academicians and policy experts- the book had already become a subject of discussion.
