What’s going on in Chennai’s head since wearing helmets was made compulsory

Image source: Screenshot Since Chennai’s Traffic Police made it compulsory to wear helmets, not just for drivers but also for pillion riders, people have either accepted it or have been finding problems with the law. Put Chutney asked people to comment on the new law and some of them were hilarious.
