Kerala’s own Dulquer Salmaan now has something in common with Hollywood action star Hugh Jackman. Dulquer’s upcoming film CIA or Comrade in America, with director Amal Neerad, has roped in a key member of the technical crew of the Hollywood blockbuster Logan – stunt choreographer Mark Chavarria!

Unless you haven’t been to a theatre this year, you'd know that Logan is Hugh Jackman's last film as the Wolverine (a character from Marvel's X-Men series) and featured some stunning stunt sequences, including those of child actor Dafne Keen.

Making public Chavarria’s involvement in CIA, director Amal congratulated the stunt choreographer on the release of Logan, calling it the “#1 Movie in the World”.

CIA, expected to release later this year, has Karthika Muralidharan playing the female lead. The film has supposedly been shot in the US and Mexico and is expected to have political undertones.

Nivin Pauly's Sakhavu, which will release on April 15, also has communism at the heart of its plot.

Other than the popular Wolverine film, Chavarria has worked in famous Hollywood productions like Inception, Iron Man, Pearl Harbor and Terminator Salvation. With him involved in the Dulquer Salmaan film, it looks like CIA will have some high-adrenaline stunt choreography too!
