Manju Warrier, who has been on a roll ever since her blistering comeback to cinema with How Old Are You? has unveiled the first look for her upcoming film C/O Saira Banu.

Manju is said to be playing a postwoman in the film. Interestingly, it will also mark the return of Amala Akkineni, who was a popular heroine in the 80s. Amala's brief career came to an end after she married Telugu superstar Nagarjuna, but audiences still remember the spunky actor with fondness. Amala is believed to be playing a lawyer in the film.

Manju is a superstar in her own right in the Malayalam industry, shouldering films entirely by herself with no other big names in the cast and making women-centric cinema more mainstream. The success she has achieved speaks volumes about her talent and dedication - it's not easy to survive in a capricious profession otherwise.

Directed by debutante Antony Sony, the film also stars Shane Nigam (from Kismath) and Niranjana Anoop.
