The News Minute| December 13, 2014 | 8.05 pm ISTMalayalam director cum actor Vineeth Srinivasan has proved that he is good in sarcastic comments like his father Sreenivasan. He has indirectly taunted director Rajeev Ravi, in a facebook post, for criticizing Sreenivasan’s films. Rajeev Ravi in an interview given to South Live said that he hates movies scripted by Sreenivasan as they always target middle class men, for monetary benefits. He also said in the interview that he doesn’t believe the idea of scripts and scripts should be burnt before making a movie. Now, irked by the criticism on his father, Vineeth has come up with a Facebook post probably targeting Ravi, without taking his name.“I have heard that someone is teaching to take movies without script. It is a revolutionary idea. Why should we waste half our life by writing scripts? I would like to learn this new technique. And it would have been nice if somebody teach to draw a picture without a canvas and build a house without the baseNote: Dissenters please for don’t attack me, I am an innocent who just shared my humble thoughts.FromSon of SreenivasanSign” he wrote in his page.Rajeev ravi has also slammed director Mani Ratnam saying movies lacks sense and are limited to mere visual beauty. He also accused Mani Ratnam for misguiding the younger generation over the quality of movies. Ravi who was a cinematographer had directed two Malayalam movies Annnayum Rasoolum and Ngan Steve Lopez. Both were not financially successful.
