Well, an idea that could have been anyone's fantasy came true for some lucky Kuwaitis who found themselves at the right place, at the right time.  In a video captured by a woman who appears to be seated inside a car, men are seen picking up currency notes flying down across the road. A surprise, unexplained development, it resulted in a traffic jam, reported emirates247. The oil-rich Arab land is known to be wealthy.
