Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has become the butt of jokes after he was photographed being manually carried by policemen over a waterlogged area during an inspection of flood-hit areas in the state.
While his intentions may have been noble, the sight of him being lifted by his security men soon got noticed with several people taking to Twitter to mock the CM.
The state has been lashed by heavy rain for the last 48 hours, which have claimed 15 lives till last evening.
