Pope Francis in an interview to the Argentine weekly "Viva" has listed his Top 10 tips for bringing happiness and joy to one's life. Catholicnews.com has published the Pope's list.

Right on top of the list is "Live and let live." So the Pope himself has said it. Be cheerful and let everyone live! Stop trolling on Twitter.

Other things that has made it to the Pope's list are less consumerism, less TV for children and Sundays should be holidays.

The Pope says "Proceed calmly" in life. Catholicnews.com says the pope, "who used to teach high school literature, used an image from an Argentine novel by Ricardo Guiraldes, in which the protagonist -- gaucho Don Segundo Sombra -- looks back on how he lived his life".

Another secret to happiness in the Pope's list is to not proselytize (convert people to other religion) and to respect others' beliefs. "We can inspire others through witness so that one grows together in communicating. But the worst thing of all is religious proselytism, which paralyzes", the Pope said.
