Story of a dad who makes daughter's eye patch a work of art everyday
An eight month old baby girl is asked to wear an eye patch for two hours everyday as she has a tiny cataract in her eye. Doctors say she may have to wear it till she is five years old to have better visual development. For months now, Layla's dad Geoff Grubb has been drawing a fun design or pattern on her eye patch.
"Her eyesight is actually very good, she doesn't have a lazy eye or anything like that. Her doctor is very happy with her development so far," Grubb told KSDK.com.

"It was easy to come up with ideas at first but it's gotten harder because I don't want to repeat designs. I have a running list that my wife and family help me with. I'm always open to new cute ideas, though," he says.
