It’s that time of the year when actors who ruled the screens in the 80s, (some of them still do), come together for their gala annual bash.
Organised by vivacious Kushbu, Suhasini and Lissy, the '80s Reunion Club' bash this year was held at a guest house in Chennai’s Olive beach.
Dressed in hues of red, golden and neon, the theme for the sixth edition of the club's bash was ‘Moulin Rouge’.
Mohanlal, Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Satyaraj, Prabhu, Jayaram Rahman and Bhagyaraj were amongst the heroes who took part in the annual reunion. Khushbu, Shobana, Lissy, Suhasini, Poornima Bhagyaraj, Menaka, Ambika, Jayasudha, Sumalatha, Ramya, Revathy and Parvathy graced the party. Mammooty, Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth were the actors conspicuous by their absence.
The two surprise guests at the event were Poonam Dhillon and Jackie Shroff.
Mohanlal’s magic show, Poornima, Suhasini and Menaka’s performance to a song from ‘Shaukeen’ and Karaoke performances by many among the 34 guests made the ‘Moulin Rouge’ the party of the year down south.
