A teaser from the second segment in Solo-World of Siva, was released officially on Dulquer Salmaan’s FaceBook page. The official release of the teaser from the star, who plays Siva in this segment, has gone viral; thanks to it being bold and intense. Added to it, the background score by Govind Menon has added to the attraction.

Solo is an anthology that will have four segments based on the four elements: Earth (Rudhra), Fire (Siva), Wind and Water. While the teaser of the first segment was released a while ago and garnered the attention of film buffs in a big way, the second teaser has added to the expectation levels. Siva is about a gangster played by Dulquer Salmaan and is based on his life that will depict his romance and struggles.

Directed by well-known filmmaker Bejoy Nambiar, Solo is being made in Malayalam and Tamil simultaneously. Interestingly, Solo is his maiden directorial venture in Mollywood. Known for directing Hindi movies such as Reflections, Shaitan and Wazir, the director also has a Tamil film to his credit, David.

Produced by Abraham Mathew and Bejoy Nambiar (Malayalam) and Anil Jain and Bejoy Nambiar (Tamil) under the banners Getaway Films, Abaam Films and Refex Entertainment, Solo has a bevy of stars in its cast. While Dulquer Salmaan will be seen playing the lead role in all the four segments, others in the cast include Dino Morea, Neha Sharma, Arthi Venkatesh, Sruthi Hariharan, Dhansika, Sai Tamhankar, Ann Augustine, Deepti Sati, Asha Jayaram, Sathish, Soubin Shahir, Manoj K. Jayan, Nasser, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Parthiepan. 

Prashant Pillai, Govind Menon, Masala Coffee, Gaurav Godkhindi, Abhinav Bhansal, Ragini Bhagawat, Agam, and Sooraj S. Kurup have composed music for Solo with Girish Gangadharan, Madhu Neelakandan, and Sejal Shah cranking the camera.

With the film shooting on, it is expected to hit the marquee later this year.
