Fahadh Faasil is riding a wave of success with his films Varathan, Njan Prakashan, Kumbalangi Nights and his recent release Athiran scoring it big at the box-office successively. While the actor’s next, Trance, has been in the making for nearly two years now, the makers recently confirmed through a Facebook post that the shooting has been completed.

The film has now gone into the post-production mode. It is scheduled to hit the marquee for Christmas this year.

The first look poster of Trance was released a few months ago and turned out to be the talk of the town at the time. The director of the film, Anwar Rasheed, managed to get the attention of movie buffs with this single first look poster. Trance is scripted by Vadakkan Vincent. Bankrolled by Anwar Rasheed under his banner Anwar Rasheed Entertainments, the film stars Fahadh Faasil in the lead with Nazriya, Vinayakan, Soubin Shahir, Chemban Vinod, Sreenath Bhasi and Alphonse Puthran also included in the star cast. Apart from directing and producing the film, Anwar Rasheed is also handling the camera. Jackson Vijayan has composed the music for this film with Oscar winner Resul Pookutty taking care of the sound design.

The filmmakers are keeping every detail about the film under wraps, so to know more about the plot, characters and other details we have to wait until it is released. With the first look poster creating the right impact and with the suspense factor in place, fans are waiting eagerly for more news on its storyline.

It may be mentioned here that this is the second venture together for Fahadh Faasil and Anwar Rasheed as they had teamed up for the anthology Anchu Sundarikal earlier. Further, Anwar Rasheed is wielding the megaphone after a gap of five years, which is another reason to look forward to Trance.
