The second poster of My Story, featuring Prithviraj and Parvathy was released on the second anniversary of Ennu Ninte Moideen.
Incidentally, Ennu Ninte Moideen features Prithviraj and Parvathy as the lead pair and it went on to become a big hit. Therefore, movie buffs are eager for the release of My Story, which features the successful on-screen pair. Directed by Roshni Dinakar, the film has been produced jointly by her and OV Dinakar under the banner Roshni Dinakar Productions.
Roshni Dinakar is a well-known costume designer and My Story will mark her directorial debut. Shaan Rahman has been roped in to compose the tunes for this flick with Dudley cranking the camera.
The film has been scripted by actor and director Shankar Ramakrishnan. On choosing Parvathy to play Prithviraj’s lead pair, the film director Roshni had told the Times of India earlier, “We have been on the lookout for an actress and who better to play Prithviraj's romantic interest than Parvathy after their outing as Moideen and Kanchanamala last year.”
She also added that the female lead in the movie has a great role to play. Prithviraj, on taking up the romantic flick was quoted as saying, “The story was born after merging two different ideas that scriptwriter Shanker Ramakrishnan and I had. I really liked what Shanker has written and it's more than just a love story.”
Set between the years 1995 and 2017, My Story is touted to be a romantic entertainer that will tell the tale of Jai, played by Prithviraj and Thara, played by Parvathy. Apart from Prithviraj and Parvathy, the film also has Nandhu, Manoj K Jayan and Maniyanpilla Raju playing the supporting roles.
