Actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan, who is playing the lead role and also donning the director’s hat for the upcoming comedy-action film Sabash Naidu, has successfully completed the first schedule in Los Angeles.
Kamal Haasan wants to wrap up the film’s shoot by the last week of July. Any further delay would be difficult for the entire crew as getting permission from the US government is a laborious procedure.
Kamal Haasan is set to return as Balram Naidu while Brahmanandam plays Haasan’s sidekick. While Baahubali actress Ramya Krishnan will be seen as his wife, Shruti Haasan will play his reel daughter for the first time.
The trilingual film is slated for a theatrical release on December 1. While Ilaiyaraaja is taking care of the music, the project also features Akshara Haasan, who is working as an assistant director.
