Puneeth Rajkumar’s latest release Raajakumara has been having a blockbuster run at the box office. The film released to packed houses on March 24 and has had successful showings through the week too.
According to the film’s director Santosh Ananddram, Raajakumara saw 98% occupancy over the first three days in 792 multiplex shows in Karnataka.

And with crowds not reducing, extra shows of the film have reportedly had to be added at various locations around the state.
Reports from trade circles indicate that the film grossed over Rs 4.5 crore at multiplexes during the opening weekend and the numbers are expected to rise by next weekend, with the film receiving many strong reviews.
Directed by Santosh Ananddram, Raajakumara stars Puneeth Rajkumar and Priya Anand in the lead. The film also features Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Achyuth Kumar and Anant Nag in important roles, and has been produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Hombale Films.
