
As Andhra Pradesh and Telangana head to the polls on Thursday, actors, celebrities and politicians turned up to cast their votes in the first phase of the Lok Sabha elections.
Telangana, with 2.97 crore voters, is voting to choose its representatives for 17 Lok Sabha constituencies. As many as 443 candidates (418 male and 25 female) are in the fray.
In Andhra Pradesh, over 3.93 crore voters are eligible to decide the fortunes of 319 candidates for 25 Lok Sabha seats and 2,118 candidates in 175 Assembly seats.
