Almost two weeks after their actual wedding took place, actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have not slowed down from the rush. With #DeepVeer still trending the couple posted pictures from their final star-studded wedding reception that was hosted at Mumbai’s Grand Hyatt hotel on November 28, a week after their Bengaluru reception.

Clashing with the elegant gold and black look from their Bengaluru reception, their Mumbai look reflected the swanky spirit of the city.

Dressed in plush and passionate colours of red and black, Deepika and Ranveer looked very much like the glitzy and glamorous stars that they are.

While Deepika blazed in a trailing red gown, complete with a red veil, by designer Zuhair Murad, Ranveer looked dapper in a black tuxedo by designer-duo Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna.

The star couple were seen posing for their fans before heading in for their extravagant evening.

DeepVeer’s Mumbai reception was attended by celebrities like Rekha, Sharukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Sachin and Anjali Tendulkar, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Vidhya Balan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif to name a few.

Their classy affair at the Leela Palace in Bengaluru was attended by Bhavnanis, Badminton star and Olympic medal winner PV Sindhu, former cricketer Anil Kumble and badminton coach Pullela Gopichand. Biocon founder Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw and Infosys chairperson Sudha Murthy were in attendance, with their mothers. After Sudha Murthy, Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani and Rohini Nilekani walked in for the reception.

The couple, who dated for six years before getting hitched in a twin wedding ceremony on November 14 and 15 at the picturesque Lake Como in Italy, has been extremely particular about privacy and security. Pictures from the events were only shared a few days after the events took place.
