Director Venky Atluri and Nithiin are teaming up for Rang De, a project that was announced a few weeks ago. Keerthy Suresh will be playing the female lead in this flick. Confirming Rang De officially, Nithiin had tweeted earlier, “#Nithiin29 is titled as RANG DE! Working with the Young n talented dir Venky atluri, costarring @KeerthyOfficial n produced by @vamsi84 @SitharaEnts AND cinematography by my ALL TIME FAV D.o.P @pcsreeram sir #RangDe #gimmesomelove.”
The film’s poster has been unveiled and from it, it is evident that Rang De will be a summer release next year.
Veteran cinematographer PC Sreeram is already on board to crank the camera for this venture. About this film, he wrote on his social media handle, “-#RangDe. Make life more colorful. Written and Directed Venky_Atluri, @KeerthyOfficial @Actor_Nithin@Devi Sri prasad @vamsi84.”
On Keerthy and Nithiin’s performances, he wrote, “Keerthy @Nitins performance will be high point & a memorable one. 2020 will make our lives more eventful and colourful.”
To this, the director had replied, “Thanks a lot for the trust sir @pcsreeram.”
Nithiin currently has the Venky Kudumula directorial Bheeshma and another untitled Chandrasekar Yeleti directorial besides Rang De. Of the three films, Bheeshma is expected to hit the marquee later this year. Both the Venky Atluri directorial and Chandrasekar Yeleti directorial will be out at the theatres next year. Reports are that Nithiin will be concentrating on all the three films simultaneously.
Nithiin’s last film was Srinivasa Kalyanam, which released last year. The star took nearly one year to pick his next film and has come back with three projects in a row!
