Reports indicate that Pawan Kalyan is busy with his padhayatra, touring across the state to meet the public and know their grievances. The star is intent on taking up the most important social issues and work out possible solutions.

Moreover, the star had already announced that his political outfit, Jana Sena Party, will contest the state Assembly elections that are due to happen next year. The star’s focus now seems to be on the elections and his film career has taken a back seat, say sources.

Reports from Tollywood say that two top producers, AM Rathnam and Mythri Movie Makers, are waiting for the star’s dates to go ahead with their respective projects but they will have to wait for some more time for him to shift his focus back to movies.

Pawan’s last release, Agnyaathavaasi, directed by Trivikram Srinivas, starred Pawan Kalyan in the lead role with Keerthy Suresh as the female lead. The star cast also comprised Anu Emmanuel, Aadhi Pinisetty, Khushbu, Boman Irani and Tanikella Bharani. Released on January 10, the film was produced by S Radha Krishna under his banner Haarika & Haasini Creations.
